As a SharePoint Server MVP, Jennifer has spent the last several years consulting others on best practices for implementing business solutions using SharePoint technologies. She is passionate about SharePoint and loves using out-of-the-box features to bring immediate ROI to her clients. She has worked with a range of companies, leading teams responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint environments. When she isn't riding the slide at her new company, Rackspace Hosting, Jennifer focuses on strategy, planning, governance and sharing her knowledge with the SharePoint community. After a recent move to the Lone Star State from Ohio, where she was a founding member of the Columbus, Ohio SharePoint Users group, Jennifer is learning how to be a true Texan, cowboy boots and all.

Seburn Wilson
Senior Product Manager, Rackspace, Cloud Office


Seburn Wilson joined Rackspace in 2013 and is a Senior Manager in the Cloud Office practice at Rackspace. He is responsible for leading Lync product development and driving partnerships for the Lync business. Prior to joining Rackspace, Seburn spent over 10 years working for AT&T specializing in virtualization and unified communications technologies. As a Principal Architect for AT&T, he was a lead architect responsible for architecting two of the largest (over 300,000 seats) Microsoft UC deployments in the world which included writing a custom integrated disaster-recovery solution before the functionality existed within the Lync product.

Seburn has over 18 years of IT experience across multiple industry verticals. He is a published author in areas of virtualization (Virtualization with VMware ESX Server, Syngress Publishing, Inc. 2005) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration-Computer information Systems from Saint Leo University.
