Tanya Keyser, ITILSharePoint Administrator, Rackspace SharePoint Services

Tanya Keyser is the SharePoint Administrator for Rackspace Hosting’s internal SharePoint environment. Her primary focus in her role is on user education and adoption, and farm management and improvement. Tanya has more than 15 years’ experience in document and project management, and she thrives on bringing order to chaos, herding cats, and meeting the needs of her users. Her expertise also lies in providing end user training, as well as sharing guidance and best practices in the Microsoft Office Suite.

In February 2015, she was a keynote speaker at Expanding Your Horizons San Antonio, a STEM conference for middle school girls that took place on the University of the Incarnate Word campus.

Outside of Rackspace, Tanya loves spending time at home with her family, including her son who is pursuing a computer science degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio, goes nuts over Doctor Who and Harry Potter, and volunteers with Extra Life, a 24-hour gameathon that raises funds for Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.
