She has worked with a range of companies, leading teams responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint environments. Jennifer focuses on strategy, planning, governance and sharing her knowledge with the SharePoint community. After a recent move to the Lone Star State from Ohio, where she was a founding member of the Columbus, Ohio SharePoint Users group, Jennifer is learning how to be a true Texan, cowboy boots and all.
About the Guest: Cathy Dew
SharePoint MVP, MCTS, Planet Technologies
Cathy Dew, MCTS, is a consultant at Planet Technologies, graphic designer and SharePoint MVP based out of Huntsville, Alabama. She focuses primarily on branding and user experience and how it relates to the SharePoint platform. She also works with SharePoint from a general end user and business analyst perspective, defining requirements and governance as needed. She has worked on many SharePoint installations to brand SharePoint and make it look "Not like SharePoint." Cathy has started and run a number of SharePoint User Groups and is involved with the Women in SharePoint group. She has presented sessions on SharePoint branding, governance and requirements gathering at user groups, SharePoint Saturday events, conferences, and training sessions. She also enjoys facilitating conversations and connections for Women in SharePoint as one of the founding board members.
