  • Jackie Baillie

    Managing Director, Co-Founder Jackie Baillie is managing director of ITUnity.com and a relationship sales manager focused on Microsoft and the SharePoint community for over 10 years. Her goal is to have a deep understanding of her client’s needs and matching them to the best and most effective solutions. Her specialties include community, online advertising, email, lead generation programs, and relationship building with a focus in SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.
  • Irene Clapham

    International Event Owner Irene Clapham has a background in newspaper and magazine launches, circulation, sales and training. Irene was Managing Director EMEA for a major US publisher for 16 years and was responsible for all European staff and partners. She headed up the UK technology division team, responsible for magazine circulation sales and training and launched many UK and International events including Microsoft SQL Server from Iceland to Dubai (17-country roadshow) and a Microsoft Exchange tour across 16 Countries. Irene organised and implemented a bespoke virtual event platform for Oracle online events, with multiple language capabilities, which ran in 12 countries simultaneously. She has also organised specialist third-party event management and training for other major technology clients. In November 2011, she set up her own event company and launched SharePoint Connections Amsterdam, which in 2013 was voted the third best SharePoint event in the world in an independent poll. Irene has three children and lives in Cheshire England with her husband Nigel.
  • Nigel Clapham

    Managing Director, Europe Nigel Clapham has been an owner and organizer of SharePoint Connect Amsterdam (now Unity Connect) Conference since 2011. He also produces conferences themed on other Microsoft stacks as well as mid-range IBM. Previously, he worked for a worldwide IT publisher representing their EMEA division in publishing sales, in person & online conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, not only in the IT industry but covering Construction, Process Chemicals, and Window Fabrication. Nigel spends his time at his house in Bavaria and also in Northwest England where he can be found on the golf course most evenings, when allowed by the current Mrs. Clapham.
  • Karen Forster

    Editor-in-Chief Karen Forster is editor-in-Chief of ITUnity.com and has more than 20 years experience as an IT industry journalist and technology content expert. Most recently, Karen worked at Microsoft as Director of Technical Communications and earlier as Director of Windows Server documentation. Previously, Karen was Editorial Director of Windows IT Pro magazine and SQL Server Magazine, as well as numerous online publications and web sites. Karen’s goal is to serve the IT industry and community by providing outstanding independent content and perspective.
  • Lyman Goodrich

    Project Manager Lyman is the Project Manager for IT Unity and has over 30 years of experience with event and project management. His diverse experience in custom corporate events, international travel, and theatre production have earned him a highly successful reputation not only in guest and client relations, but also creative program development, operations, and project management. Lyman utilizes his unique talents, and deep understanding of theatrical event production to ensure success in publishing IT Unity’s newsletters, producing web seminars and manages live and online events.

    Inna Gordin

    Chief Marketing Officer Inna has over 15 years of extensive experience in the global marketing of technology solutions with venture-backed, entrepreneurial companies. Responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategy and direction. Proven skills in all corporate marketing activities, including product marketing, online and traditional advertising, event and channel marketing, as well as PR and social media. She is the Founder of SharePointReviews.com, the world’s largest independent SharePoint product directory, as well as SharePointAds.com, a highly targeted, SharePoint-exclusive advertising network. She has also received the Microsoft Sales and Marketing Partner of The Year Award (for SharePointSite.com at Apptix); received the Best Manager Award (at AvePoint); and IAWMD Golden Web Award (at DataPeer).
  • Dan Holme

    CEO, Co-Founder Dan Holme’s 20 years of experience and his impact on hundreds of thousands of IT professionals and business decision makers have earned him a reputation as one of the world’s most respected analysts, consultants, authors, and experts on Microsoft technologies. Dan, a native of Colorado, resident of Maui, and graduate of Yale, has been recognized as an MVP for nine years across three technologies, and one of the top ten partner MVPs in the world. Dan has penned hundreds of articles for SharePointProMag.com and numerous best-selling books for Microsoft Press. Dan also serves as the Microsoft Technologies Consultant for NBC Olympics for the broadcast of the 2016 Olympics in Rio, a role he has played in Sochi, London, Vancouver, Beijing and Torino.  
  • Megan Keller

    Senior Engagement Strategist Megan Keller has almost 10 years of experience managing technical content and training events. She most recently was the Director of Conferences and Education for Penton Technology, which produces the IT/Dev Connections technical training conference. Prior to that, Megan was the Editorial Director for Windows IT Pro, SQL Server Pro, SharePoint Pro, Dev Pro, and the SuperSite for Windows. She is passionate about providing the community with high-quality content that teaches technology professionals how to address challenges and enhance their technology environments.
  • Erik Ruthruff

    Managing Editor Erik Ruthruff, Managing Editor of IT Unity, has worked as a product manager, editor, speaker manager and logistics person in the software industry since the early 1990s. He has worked in instructor-led training, computer training products, courseware, technical articles, marketing, certification testing, white papers and software documentation for training companies, publications (including an 11-year stint at CODE Magazine), and computer conferences. Erik has managed the development of over 100 white papers (most of them for the Visual Studio and Office development teams at Microsoft). He lives in Minneapolis, MN and when he is not editing, you’ll find him out on his bicycle, enjoying some of the best biking trails in the country, and listening to public radio.
