Invite—an Easy Way to Organize Meetings from Your Device

In a post to Office Blogs on September 24, 2015, the Outlook team announced a new app called Invite—the new way to plan meetings on the go—even when you can’t see people’s calendars. The app works best for people with Office 365 business and school subscriptions, but also works great with any email—, Gmail and Yahoo Mail included.

  • Use the app to invite people (with email addresses) and suggest the times that work for you.
  • They select times they can attend
  • Based on the best available time, you schedule the meeting. Very cool.
