Steve Guggenheimer highlighted a few companies using machine learning and advanced analytics to automate end-to-end experiences, on the front-end and the back-end, such as automating ERP activities. Ziosk video shared on how they're doing these things.
Another great example with a lot of data out there is Zara, the world's largest clothing retailer, which uses data and analytics to deliver over 1400 new clothing designs to global stores each year, with a design to store time of 6 weeks. Pretty amazing stuff.
