I have to admit… if I'm jumping around a Word document trying to find stuff, I tend to do a lot of scrolling up and down. But I recently learned about the Go To function that can cut down my scrolling dramatically.
While you have a Word document open, press the F5 key to get the Go To dialog box:
Word Go To dialog box
From here, you can jump to specific pages, sections, lines, bookmarks, comments, footnotes… <deep breath> … endnotes, fields, tables, graphics, equations, objects, and headings.
This is a nice way to make your Word navigation a bit easier.
